The Pink Cottage home remodel involved a complete transformation of the existing property. The project entailed the removal of most of the existing house, while preserving and repairing the foundation, to build it back up again, stronger than ever.
The Ravenna Way project included a thorough renovation with the installation of a new staircase railing, shiplap accents, kitchen tile backsplash, light fixtures, reconfigured cabinetry, mudroom locker cabinet, herringbone floor tile, custom sunroom ceiling details, and a rebuilt fireplace surround.
The Orange Street project involved the construction of a brand-new home, including the removal of the existing house and foundation, collaboration with an architect, and the installation of new interiors, landscaping, and fencing.
The Hannibal project involved a full remodel, including a complete gutting of the original structures, new floor joists, redesigned floor plan, raised ceilings, new roof, and enhanced outdoor spaces with a shed, deck, and landscaping.
The McCarty project encompassed a full home remodel with new floor joists, a redesigned floor plan, raised ceiling heights, a new roof, and the addition of a shed, deck, landscaping, garage, carport, and patio.
